If you’re looking for a realtor that will go ABOVE and BEYOND for their client, Dana is by far the realtor of choice. She was a pleasure to work with during a very difficult and long closing process. Dana provided exceptional service and was easy available to answer all my questions as a new home buyer. I could go on and on about this realtor but in summary—Dana is compassionate, hard working, and the realtor of choice in the PA/NJ area.

Dana assisted us end-to-end for the purchase of a rental property in South Jersey. She was exceptional in the quality of services rendered. With an eye at negotiating favorable terms for us, she was able to guide us as First time buyers through all the nuances. She was extremely patient with our goal at finding a place within our budget(We lost offers on 6 units before we were able to buy this unit). She held our hand in finalizing the closing details, offering the right cost and at times even turning the counteroffer down as it dint suit our goals. We never felt rushed or ham-stringed to make a decision which was not in our favor. Her expertise and help really came to fruit when we were being strung by our lender and our title company. Dana was quick and was able to jump in and hold them accountable. She was even able to help us while she was off at a vacation to ensure we got our money’s worth. As I write this review, my wife and i are looking at other units will definitely be seeking Dana’s service again. I would recommend Dana to anyone who is trying to buy a place for the first time as well as returning clients.
